Ylenia Pigozzo was born in Como in 1988. Her artistic persona Ipsilonpi, on the other hand, only took shape in 2011, when for the first time, in a completely subconscious way, she creates her
first work. From that moment, a long experimentation began, through various techniques and different materials, but always with an abstract style. Her paintings are made of textures, colors, feelings and stories, tales of souls and travels born from the need to express her feelings as a traveller, especially in this historical period of disconnection from nature. After a very intense personal moment, the painter feels the urgency of sharing her art, until then kept only for herself to channel all her energies into a project that is entirely personal. Thus the itinerant 'ipsilonpi studio' was born in January 2022, an idea that very much reflects her philosophy of life, and that she aims to use to collaborate with artists from all over the world. Her art is for travellers and to remind that one doesn’t necessarily have to be a connoisseur to be part of the artistic sphere.
